Alibi is a Chesterfield, VA based band that performs country, classic rock, southern rock, also a few blues & Motown. You will hear blues classics from Stevie Ray Vaughan, country rock from the Eagles, southern rock from Lynyrd Skynyrd, great dance tunes from Wilson Picket, Queen, Stray Cats, and the Temptations. Alibi is a crowd pleaser playing country tunes from artist such as Brooks & Dunn, Garth Brooks, Jason Aldean, Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, and Keith Urban. They will also put you in the mood to head to the ocean and put your feet in the sand with classics from Jimmy Buffett and the Drifters. No music mix would be complete without songs from the Beatles and the King of Rock-n-Roll himself, Elvis.
Alibi has been performing in many restaurants, bars, and nightclubs around Richmond, VA since 1997. They have also played at many special events all across the state of Virginia. You could have seen them at the Carytown Watermelon Festival, the Ukrop’s 10K Walk/Run, the Stony Point Concert Series, the Ukrop’s June Jubilee on Brown’s Island, the Richmond Marathon, Chesterfield County Fair, Amelia County Fair, and the MCV Great Gurney Tourney. Alibi also headlined at the 2006 Fourth of July Celebration in Alderson, West Virginia, and played at the 2007 and 2008 K95/Haley Pontiac Country Fest at the Richmond Raceway Complex.
